Solicitor in Clifford Chance's London office. Joined Pitmans in 1992.

Read Economics at university, studied M&A Strategy at Ashbridge Business School. Worked in the media sector and had M&A responsibility for EMAP (FTSE100 company). Experience as CEO and chairman of several global companies. Completed 14 M&A deals in three continents worth €5m-€48m.

Elle is specialised in key account management, business development, market analysis and sales with a proven track record of sales achievement. Elle has sound working knowledge of Internet technologies and business solutions. Elle holds an MBA degree specialized in M&A. She spent her career with both Oracle and Huawei, working and living in Asia and western countries. She has deep understanding of Chinese and Western cultures, as well as business environment.

Mark Oldcom

Mark has been a senior banker in the insurance industry and broader financial institutions for 20 years, primarily at Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse. Mark has held senior roles in the areas of capital raising, asset-liability management, derivatives, M&A and asset management.

Mark is currently a partner at BlueCompass Management Partners LLP. He has an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management.

Before join Daotong Capital, Leo was a senior investment manager at Meridian Capital. He led and finished several investments in sectors like TMT, consumer goods and e-commerce. Leo began his career in KPMG, where he worked in IPO and M&A project as an auditor and consultant.

Leo has a BS in Management and he is a member of CICPA.
